Allie is St. Louis born and Kansas City raised. Allie, her husband, and two children recently relocated back to the St. Louis area. She is passionate about helping others find their voice within the counseling process. Allie has experience working with clients that have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, family and couple relationships, boundaries, and grief. She also has training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Wherever you may find yourself right now, Allie prioritizes creating a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere in the counseling room as you navigate the road to healing. Allie graduated with her masters in counseling from the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City and has a heart for the church and those that have experience in ministry or have needed to leave ministry to find hope and healing. Allie has experience integrating spirituality in the counseling process if that is something of interest to you.
