Audrey Wehde, MS, S-MFT
Audrey is a Supervised Marriage and Family Therapist who believes meaningful change and healing begin within authentic, supportive relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and respect. She views therapy as a collaborative process where clients can safely explore their experiences, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
Audrey strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She values meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them with curiosity, openness, and compassion throughout the therapeutic process. Audrey believes each client’s experiences and story are unique and enjoys exploring alongside clients as they build insight, strengthen relationships within themselves and others, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Audrey earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Missouri. She has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, individuals, couples, and families across a variety of concerns and life transitions, including working with individuals and couples navigating substance use and addiction.
Outside of the therapy room, Audrey enjoys grabbing a coffee, reading new books, watching a TV series, and spending time with her dog, Margo, as well as being with family and friends.
Whether clients are taking their first step into therapy or returning for continued support, Audrey looks forward to meeting them where they are and walking alongside them throughout their journey. She is supervised by Melissa Winston, LMFT, and can be reached directly at 636-566-0215 or audrey@twobridgescounseling.com.
